 The Atlantic Hotel is situated within walking distance of the historical centre of Prague, the old town and Charles bridge are within walking distance of the hotel. The tradition of the Atlantic hotel dates back to the 17th century when it was a roadside inn called "The Green Ox" with several guestrooms. In 1845 the first engine arrived at whats known as today Masaryk railway station, the inn was rebuilt as a hotel and renamed "The English Court", as many Royal and other prominent guests stayed there. In 1935 the hotel was again reconstructed and renamed "The Atlantic Hotel".
The Atlantic hotel Prague has 60 rooms, all tastefully decorated and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant which serves local and international cuisine as well as a relaxing bar. A multifunction room can be used to host parties, conferences, banquets etc.
